Responsibilities:
• Develop visual concepts and strategic creative solutions for a multi-faceted, dynamic website with social networking, online commerce, and gaming components
• Design and produce layouts and other graphics that support and align with the defined unique selling propositions, identity, and marketing goals of the project
• Ability to take the creative process on each project from concept through design
• Meet aggressive deadlines while maintaining high quality of work
• Create wire frames, mockups, and interactive prototypes
• Design interactive navigation, controls and icons
• Collaborate with team members to understand the needs of the UI, and design and construct cohesive and aesthetically pleasing user interface solution
• Proactively stay knowledgeable of current implementation technologies and best practice solutions

Requirements:
• Excellent UI design skills and an outstanding portfolio of interactive projects
• 3+ years experience in web design and a deep understanding of the relationship between content, visual design, user interface, and technology
• Experience and participation in the complete product lifecycle of launched websites, software applications or games
• Experience with Flash elements into a website
• Experience with ActionScript 3
• Expertise in all Adobe® CS3 programs, HTML, and CSS
• Comprehensive understanding of current and future online trends
• Ability to generate stunning visual user experiences
• Understanding of HTML, DHTML, PHP and JavaScript (rollovers, pop-ups) and the capabilities of web browsers and user interaction
• Knowledge and fluency around Web 2.0 styles and conventions a must
• Background in social networking, casual games or online games a plus
• The legal right to work in the United States

• Ability to work on a team and assimilate constructive criticism
• Meticulous attention to detail, including excellent understanding of composition, color, imagery, and typography
• Appreciation and in-depth comprehension of varied, personal style, and mainstream trends and sub-cultures
• Passionate about delivering products that excite the consumer
• Be organized and work effectively under deadlines
• Ability to take direction to meet creative and business needs
• Capacity to evaluate own work, as well as to accept feedback and redirect own work with limited supervision
• Enjoy working in an organic atmosphere of creativity, passion, and drive
